About the tournament
Houston Open Pre-Qualifier event hosted by the Southern Texas PGA at Walden on Lake Conroe in Montgomery, TX.
The course
Montgomery, TX
A semi-private golf club set along Lake Conroe in Montgomery, Texas, northwest of Houston. The course offers access to both members and daily-fee players, making it a practical option for charity tournament organizers in the greater Houston area. The lakeside setting in the Sam Houston National Forest corridor gives the course a wooded, water-influenced character typical of East Texas golf.
