CharityGolfer (charitygolfer.com) is operated by CharityGolfer, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We keep it plain — no legalese for its own sake.
Information you give us. If you submit your email address through our organizer claim flow or any contact form, we store that email address. We use it only to follow up with you about your request — not to send marketing email without your consent.
Event and organizer data. CharityGolfer aggregates information about charity golf tournaments from public sources: nonprofit filings, course calendars, organizer websites, and event registration pages. This data is informational and may not be perfectly up to date. Organizers can claim their listing and correct it at any time.
Usage data. Like most websites, we collect standard server logs and analytics data — pages visited, referrer, browser type, general location (city/region level). We use this to understand how the site is being used and to improve it. We do not sell this data.
Cookies. We use cookies to keep the site functional and to collect anonymous analytics. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or targeted advertising.

We retain email addresses submitted through contact forms for as long as they are relevant to an active organizer relationship or inquiry, and delete them when that relationship ends or upon request. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.
