Swing Strong Till It's Gone 2026 is the fifth annual golf tournament and fundraising event supporting Parkinson's research, taking place May 14–15, 2026 at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort in Boerne, TX. The event combines golf, live music, and community engagement, with proceeds benefiting the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
A resort golf course set in the Texas Hill Country outside Boerne, roughly 30 miles northwest of San Antonio. Open to resort guests and outside players, it operates as a destination venue within a full-service resort property. The Hill Country terrain — cedar-covered limestone ridges and spring-fed valleys — defines the setting and character of the round.
