About the Tournament
The 29th Annual RADM James G. Prout III Golf Tournament benefits the Prout Memorial Scholarship and other Anchor Scholarships for Surface Navy dependents. Hosted by Anchor Scholarship Foundation and Surface Navy Association San Diego Chapter, the event honors RADM Prout who was killed in a F/A-18 mishap in 1995.
